Central and Eastern Europe

The collaboration with countries in Central and Eastern Europe became more intensive after the opening of the borders and the reform process related to that. Meanwhile, the central and Eastern European states represent the second most important section of international relations at TU Dortmund University.

 

Along with five university partnerships with institutions in Russia, the Czech Republic and Hungary, and numerous bilateral cooperations on the departmental level, the relations within the ERASMUS Program have been expanded significantly as a result of the EU enlargement.
